The umbrella-handle-shaped coded lock comprises an umbrella handle shell, wherein a coded lock body is arranged in the umbrella handle shell; an elastic rope mechanism is arranged at one end of the umbrella handle shell, and the elastic rope mechanism comprises a spring, a guide pipe, positioning sheets, a pull rope, a driving part and a locking part; the guide pipe is arranged inside the umbrella handle shell, and the guide pipe and the inner wall of the umbrella handle shell are arranged at an interval; the positioning sheets are separately arranged at the two ends of the guide pipe, the positioning sheets are fixedly connected with the umbrella handle shell; the spring is connected to the guide pipe in a sleeving manner; the pull rope penetrates through the guide pipe, and one end of the pull rope penetrates out of the side wall of the umbrella handle shell; the locking part is connected with one end of the pull rope, and the other end of the pull rope is connected with the driving part; the driving part is connected to the guide pipe in a sleeving manner; an open groove is formed in the guide pipe in the length direction of the guide pipe; the driving part is provided with a connecting part; the connecting part extends into the guide pipe through the open groove; and the other end of the pull rope is connected with the connecting part.
