Unmanned maintenance platform for washing utensils
The invention relates to an unmanned maintenance platform for washing utensils, and the platform comprises a shape recognition device which is disposed in a control box below a wash basin, and is used for recognizing more than one wash basin imaging region in a received effective detection image based on the set geometric shape of the wash basin cast by a ceramic material; and a object segmentation device which is arranged near the shape recognition device, is connected with the shape recognition device, and is used for outputting the wash basin imaging area closest to the central position of the effective detection picture as a reliable detection area. By means of the washing basin, the panel of the washing basin with the white ceramic panel can be cleaned through the side face cleaning device designed in a targeted mode; meanwhile, cleaning water can flow into the basin body to drive cleaning of the interior of the basin body, and the basin body cleaning time is controlled through an intelligent detection mechanism; therefore, automatic maintenance of the washing tools is realized in an unmanned state.
本发明涉及一种盥洗用具无人维护平台,包括:形状识别器件,设置在洗漱盆下方的控制盒内,用于基于陶瓷材料铸造的洗漱盆的设定几何外形识别接收到的有效检测画面中的一个以上的洗漱盆成像区域;对象分割器件,设置在所述形状识别器件附近,与所述形状识别器件连接,用于将最接近所述有效检测画面中心位置的洗漱盆成像区域作为可靠检测区域输出。通过本发明,能够采用针对性设计的侧面清洗器件完成对白色陶瓷面板的洗漱盆的面板清洗,同时清洗水体会流入盆体内部以带动盆体内部的清洗,其中采用智能化的检测机制对盆体清洗时机进行把控,从而在无人状态下实现对盥洗用具的自动化维护。
