The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of fly ash, in particular to an efficient enhancing process for an autoclaved aerated concrete building block. The efficient enhancing process comprising the following specific steps of making slurry, wherein a slurry-making stirrer is used, 1120 kg of water, 1400 kg of fly ash and 280 kg of RGM reinforcing agent are added to the stirrer, stirring is performed for 30 minutes, and when it is measured that the diffusion of the slurry reaches 21-22 cm, the slurry is heated to the temperature of 45 DEG C by using steam; conducting pouring, wherein the slurry is poured into a pouring stirring tank through a slurry pump, then 280 kg of lime and 2.5 kg of aluminum powder are added, the materials are stirred to be uniform, and the slurry is poured into a mold box; conducting standing, wherein the mold is moved to a standing room for standing and gas generation; conducting cutting, wherein after standing is finished and a green body reaches the cutting hardness, cutting is conducted according to the requirements of customers; and conducting autoclaving, wherein the cut building blocks are grouped, and are fed into an autoclave to undergo autoclaving for 5-6 hours. The efficient enhancing process for the autoclaved aerated concrete building block can reduce the production cost of the autoclaved aerated concrete building blocks, improve the production efficiency and increase the discharge strength.
本发明涉及粉煤灰综合利用领域,具体是蒸压加气混凝土砌块高效增强工艺。包括具体步骤如下:制浆过程,使用制浆搅拌器,加入1120千克水,1400千克粉煤灰,280千克RGM增强剂,搅拌30分钟,测量浆料扩散度达到21‑22cm,使用蒸汽将制浆温度加热到45℃;浇注过程,将浆料使用浆料泵灌入浇注搅拌罐内,再加入280千克白灰,加入2.5千克铝粉,搅拌均匀,将浆料注入模箱内;静养过程,移动到静养间静止发气;切割过程,静养结束后,坯体达到可切割的硬度后,按照客户要求切割;蒸压过程,将切好的砌块编组,送入蒸压釜,蒸压5‑6小时。本发明提供一种降低蒸压加气混凝土砌块生产成本,提高生产效率,增加出釜强度的蒸压加气混凝土砌块高效增强工艺。
