Method for preparing sintered brick from offshore water-based drilling solid-phase waste
The invention discloses a method for preparing sintered bricks from offshore water-based drilling solid-phase wastes, which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out solid-liquid separation on drilling mud and waste drilling fluid of an offshore oil and gas field to obtain solid-phase wastes, and transferring the solid-phase wastes to land; (2) crushing, drying, grinding and sieving the solid-phase waste on land to obtain a powder sample with the particle size of not more than 2mm; (3) washing the powder sample by using deionized water as an extracting agent; (4) uniformly stirring and mixing the washed powder sample, shale and coal to obtain a mixed material; (5) adding water into the mixed material, uniformly stirring, aging, and pressing the aged material into a green brick; and (6) drying the green brick, heating to 900-1000 DEG C, calcining for 3 hours at a constant temperature, and cooling to obtain the sintered brick. By means of the method, resource utilization of the offshore drilling waste can be achieved, land occupation and environment pollution caused by the drilling waste are avoided, and sustainable development of offshore oil and gas fields is promoted.
本发明公开了一种以海上水基钻井固相废弃物制备烧结砖的方法,步骤如下:(1)对海上油气田钻井泥浆及废弃钻井液进行固液分离,得到固相废弃物,转运至陆地;(2)在陆地上,将固相废弃物进行破碎、烘干、研磨和过筛,得到粒径不超过2mm的粉末试样;(3)以去离子水作为浸提剂对粉末试样进行水洗;(4)将水洗后的粉末试样、页岩和煤炭搅拌混合均匀,得到混合物料;(5)向混合物料中加入水,搅拌均匀后陈化,将陈化后的物料压制成砖坯;(6)将砖坯干燥后加热至900‑1000℃恒温煅烧3h,冷却,得到烧结砖。本发明的方法可以实现海上钻井废弃物资源化利用,避免钻井废弃物占用土地和污染环境,推动海上油气田可持续发展。
