The invention relates to an environment-friendly high-strength solidified soil construction process. The construction process comprises the following steps: construction lofting, foundation pit digging, cement paving, dry mixing by a road mixer, initial pressing, diluting and spraying of an environment-friendly high-strength curing agent, re-mixing, re-pressing, slicking, rolling and curing. Or construction lofting, foundation pit digging, cement paving, cold regeneration equipment mixing, primary pressing, slicking, rolling and curing are conducted. In the construction process, the mixing ratio of the environment-friendly high-strength solidified soil is designed as follows: the ratio of the organic curing agent to the cement to the matrix soil is (0.01-0.05%): (2-15%): (85-98%), and the ratio of the inorganic curing agent to the matrix soil is (3-18%): (82-97%). According to the construction process, excellent physical and chemical properties and mechanical properties of the environment-friendly high-strength solidified soil after solidification can be guaranteed, the crushing effect of matrix soil blocks, the retarding effect of cement and the early strength effect of hydration of inorganic binding materials are improved, and the regrindability of the solidified soil is improved; meanwhile, construction difficulty and construction cost are reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced.
