本发明提供一种既有路基钢花管注浆方法,包括以下步骤:采用第一钻头向待注浆位置钻孔,且钻至封孔深度后将第一钻头取出;采用钢花管在封孔的基础上继续钻孔至设计深度,位于里侧的钢花管的端部具有第二钻头,且第一钻头的外径大于第二钻头的外径,第二钻头的外径大于钢花管的外径;填塞封孔内壁与钢花管外壁围合空间;向钢花管内注浆,浆液由钢花管上的注浆孔向路基渗透。本发明中,钢花管与孔壁之间具有间隙,孔壁处的土壤不会封堵钢花管上的注浆孔,每分钟注浆量大大提高,降低了钢花管夯入时的阻力,另外通过填塞封孔,可以避免出现漏浆现象。
