The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a prefabricated slab foundation forming die construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps that forming die bases with concave longitudinal sections are prepared, and anchoring steel bars are fixed to the lower ends of the forming die bases; after a foundation pit is excavated to the designed elevation, setting out is conducted on a raft foundation; the forming die bases are continuously placed along the side line of the raft, and the anchoring steel bars are inserted at the lower ends of the forming die bases into a bottom soil layer of the foundation pit for fixing; prefabricated slabs are vertically fixed into the forming die bases; concrete is poured on the inner sides of the prefabricated slabs to the upper ends of the forming die bases to form a concrete cushion layer, and soil is backfilled on the outer sides of the prefabricated slabs and tamped; and after the strength and the water content of the concrete cushion meet the requirements, a foundation slab can be constructed for waterproofing. By applying the method, construction is not needed, waterproof construction can be directly carried out, and the construction cost is saved; construction procedures can be reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated; and the construction is simple, and constructors do not need too high performance skills.
