The pile comprises a base, wherein a lantern ring is fixedly connected to the periphery of the top of the base, two sets of anti-seismic rods are arranged on the portion, located on the inner side of the lantern ring, of the base, each set of the two sets of anti-seismic rods is arranged around the axis of the base in an annular array mode, the anti-seismic rods are sleeved with first extrusion springs, the top end of the anti-seismic rod is fixedly connected with a spherical hinge seat, and the interior of the spherical hinge seat is rotatably connected with a high-damping rubber ball, and the high-damping rubber ball is embedded in the spherical hinge seat. According to the device, aiming at transverse wave vibration, the high-damping rubber balls correspondingly slide in the arc-shaped grooves, the arc-shaped grooves are sunken upwards, so that the high-damping rubber balls always have the tendency of moving back to the top point, to balance the transverse waves, and meanwhile, the positioning springs interact with the top seat and the inner supporting disc, to balance the horizontal movement between the foundation piles, so that the safety and the anti-seismic effect of the foundation piles are improved while the mutual movement of the foundation piles is ensured.
