The invention discloses a connecting structure of pull rods and cross beams, a pull rod-cross beam assembly and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building structure connection. The connecting structure is used for solving the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that adjacent steel pull rods transmit loads through steel beams and stiffening plates, the structural stress performance is poor. The connecting structure is used for connecting the two pull rods and the two cross beams. The connecting structure comprises a first connecting piece and one or two second connecting pieces; one end of the first connecting piece is used for being connected with one pull rod, and the other end of the first connecting piece is used for being connected with the other pull rod; the two second connecting pieces are both fixedly connected with the first connecting piece, one second connecting piece is further used for being fixedly connected with one cross beam, and the other second connecting piece is further used for being fixedly connected with the other cross beam; or the one second connecting piece is fixedly connected with the first connecting piece, and the second connecting piece is further used for being fixedly connected with the two cross beams.
