The waterproof autoclaved aerated concrete slab comprises an autoclaved aerated concrete slab body, and the autoclaved aerated concrete slab body is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 51% of silica sand, 16% of waste slurry, 3% of gypsum, 20% of cement, 10% of lime, 2.5 kg of aluminum powder and water. The upper surface and the lower surface of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab body are both connected with reinforcing layers in a composite mode, and waterproof structures are arranged between the reinforcing layers and the butt joint positions of the corresponding faces of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab body. According to the waterproof autoclaved aerated concrete slab, water seepage paths are increased through a waterproof structure, the water seepage difficulty from outside to inside is improved, the waterproof effect can be greatly improved, the water seepage condition at the joint of a reinforcing layer and the autoclaved aerated concrete slab body is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
