Reinforcing method for formworks on two sides of deformation joint
The invention relates to the technical field of construction on the two sides of a deformation joint, in particular to a device capable of supporting formworks on the two sides of a building deformation joint simultaneously. The problems that the construction process is long in two-side construction of a traditional deformation joint, the flatness of a shear wall is poor due to the fact that an extruded sheet is prone to deforming, and meanwhile the extruded sheet in the deformation joint is difficult to dismantle and clean up are solved. Steel plates, short steel pipes, 3-shaped buckles, nuts and two U-shaped hanging rings are combined and welded on the two sides of the deformation joint to form the steel formworks. In the shear wall formwork erecting process, the manufactured steel formworks on the two sides and the shear wall inner formwork are fixed through supporting blocks and split bolts; the two ends of a shear wall are plugged through common wood formworks or connected with other side wall formworks for plugging, fixed through steel pipes and connected with the steel formworks and the shear wall inner side formworks; the lower part is supported by two phi 22 reinforcing steel bars, and the upper part is blocked by a cover plate; and the formworks can be easily dismantled from the inner side of the shear wall during formwork dismantling, and the steel formworks are hoisted to the upper layer through a tower crane to continue construction. The whole construction process is simple, fast, time-saving and labor-saving.
本发明涉及变形缝两侧施工技术领域,是一种用于建筑物变形缝两侧可同时支模的装置。本发明解决了传统变形缝两侧施工,施工过程较长,且挤塑板易变形造成剪力墙平整度差,同时变形缝中挤塑板拆除困难,难以清除干净的问题。本发明是在变形缝的两侧分别采用钢板、短钢管、3形扣、螺母以及两个U形吊环组合焊接而成的钢模板;在剪力墙支模过程中,将制作好的两侧钢模板与剪力墙内模板通过撑块、对拉螺栓固定;剪力墙两端采用普通木模板封堵或与其他侧墙模板连接封堵,用钢管固定,并连接钢模板和剪力墙内侧模板;下部用2根Φ22的钢筋支撑钢模板,上部用盖板封堵;在拆模时能够轻松的从剪力墙内侧将模板拆除,由塔吊分别将钢模板吊至上一层继续施工。整个施工过程简单快捷,省时省力。
