Super-large-span roof steel truss and high-altitude floor support-free construction method
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material preparation, and particularly provides a super-large-span roof steel truss which comprises a roof structure and a floor plate, wherein the roof structure is formed by combining a plurality of single trusses. High-altitude floor support-free construction of the ultra-large-span roof steel truss comprises the following steps: S1, conducting preparation before installation; conducting pre-embedding of steel structure embedded parts in the upper-layer structure civil engineering professional steel bar binding process; and after concrete pouring is completed and the maintenance strength meets the requirement, hoisting two 10-ton forklift trucks to a floor plate through a 100-ton truck crane; laying a 2cm steel plate on a floor plate to serve as a temporary road; and hoisting the two 25-ton truck-mounted cranes and the four 50-ton crawler cranes to the floor plate by combining the 200-ton truck-mounted cranes, wherein all hoisting equipment can conduct construction on an upper floor, so that the installation difficulty of the roof super-large-span truss is lowered, and the construction period is shortened.
