The invention discloses a reinforcing device and a reinforcing method for hoisting a composite wall with a door opening. The reinforcing device comprises a vertex angle reinforcing mechanism and a door opening diagonal bar, wherein the vertex angle reinforcing mechanism is arranged at the vertex angle of the door opening; one end of the vertex angle reinforcing mechanism is detachably fixed with the top wall body of the door opening, and the other end is detachably fixed with the upper end of the door edge rib column; the upper end of the door opening inclined supporting rod is detachably fixed to the inner wall body of the door opening, and the lower end of the door opening inclined supporting rod is detachably fixed to the lower end of the door edge rib column. The top wall of the door opening and the door edge rib columns are fixed through the vertex angle reinforcing mechanisms, the rigidity of the edge rib columns is improved, and the rib columns are prevented from being damaged; and meanwhile, the pulling effect is achieved, and the upper wall body of the door opening is prevented from being pulled broken at the corner of the door opening; by arranging the door opening inclined supporting rods, the structural rigidity and lateral force resistance of the composite wall with the door opening are effectively improved, horizontal loads can be transmitted to the whole wall body, the stress form is more reasonable, and the wall body is prevented from being damaged in the transportation process.
