The invention discloses a construction method of a clear water red brick and gourd bottle handrail. Built clear water red bricks are used as an outer decorative surface and a pouring outer mold, so that the installation of a cast-in-place concrete template is saved, and the outer wall surface decoration is once molded. The clear water red bricks and gourd bottles are assembled to combine by adopting a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure; and the clear water red bricks, concrete and the gourd bottles are effectively pulled through structural connection to form a whole. The integrity of a handrail system is guaranteed; the earthquake resistance of the handrail system is enhanced; and meanwhile, such common quality problems as falling of the gourd bottles and cracking and falling of outer wall face bricks are prevented. The construction method is simple in building procedures, needs no outer wall surface decoration, reduces the construction procedures, effectively reduces the labor intensity of constructors, and improves the construction efficiency. Compared with a traditional construction method, such materials as cement, gravels, wood templates and outer wall decoration are saved, the material waste is reduced, and the production cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种清水红砖葫芦瓶栏杆的施工工法，其利用组砌的清水红砖做为外装饰面和浇筑外模，既节省了现浇混凝土模板安装，且外墙面装饰一次成型。并将清水红砖与葫芦瓶组拼后采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构相结合，通过构造连接将清水红砖、混凝土和葫芦瓶进行有效的拉结，使之形成整体。保证了栏杆体系的整体性，增强了栏杆体系的抗震性，同时避免葫芦瓶脱落，以及外墙饰面砖开裂，脱落等质量通病问题。本发明工法组砌工序简便，无需在进行外墙面装饰，减少施工工序，有效降低施工人员劳动强度、提高施工效率。与传统的施工方法相比较节约水泥、砂石、木模板、外墙装饰等材料，减少材料浪费，节约造价成本。
