The invention discloses a fixing device for fixing an outdoor appliance. The fixing device comprises an insertion pipe, a telescopic device and a driving device, wherein a mounting cavity is formed in the insertion pipe, and an avoiding opening communicating with the mounting cavity is formed in the pipe wall of the insertion pipe; the telescopic device is arranged in the mounting cavity and has an extending position and a retracting position, when the telescopic device is in the extending position, the telescopic device extends out of the insertion pipe through the avoiding opening, and when the telescopic device is in the retracting position, the telescopic device at least retracts to the avoiding opening; and the driving device is arranged in the mounting cavity to drive the telescopic device to be switched between the extending position and the retracting position. According to the fixing device for fixing the outdoor appliance, the telescopic device and the driving device are arranged in the insertion pipe, when the fixing device is inserted into soil, the telescopic device can be driven by the driving device to be in the extending position, so that the telescopic device is inserted into the soil in the direction different from the direction in which the insertion pipe is inserted into the soil, the pulling resistance of the fixing device in the soil is remarkably improved, and then the fixing strength of the outdoor appliance is improved.
