A transformer with an anti-theft function is disclosed in the invention, and comprises a shell and a top cover, a key inserting hole is formed in the side wall, close to the left end, of the shell, the key inserting hole is sleeved with an input shaft, and the inner wall, away from the input shaft, of the shell is fixedly connected with a containing frame used for containing a transformer body through a mounting rod; and a movable clamping plate is connected to the top of the threaded sleeve through a connecting plate, a fixed clamping plate is fixed to the inner wall of the placement frame opposite to the movable clamping plate, a spline shaft is fixedly connected to the end, away from the fixed clamping plate, of the threaded rod, and a transmission mechanism used for disengaging after the spline shaft rotates is connected to the inner bottom of the shell. Through the clamping effect of the movable clamping plate and the fixed clamping plate, the transformer body can be clamped, then the transmission mechanism is separated from the spline shaft, and the transformer body can be disassembled and assembled only when a key is inserted again, so that the risk that the transformer body structure is stolen is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种具有防盗功能的变压器,包括壳体和顶盖,所述壳体靠近左端的侧壁安装有钥匙插孔,所述钥匙插孔上套设有输入轴,所述壳体远离输入轴的内壁通过安装杆固定连接有用于放置变压器本体的放置框,所述螺套顶部通过连接板连接有活动夹板,所述活动夹板相对面的放置框内壁固定有固定夹板,所述螺杆远离固定夹板的一端固定连接有花键轴,所述壳体的内底部连接有用于花键轴转动后并发生脱离的传动机构。本发明通过活动夹板与固定夹板的夹紧作用,便可对变压器本体进行夹紧,之后传动机构与花键轴发生脱离,只有当钥匙再次插入时,才能实现对变压器本体的拆装,从而大大降低了变压器本体结构被盗的风险。
