The invention discloses a preparation method of coal gangue concrete, and relates to the technical field of resource reutilization of solid waste. The coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete comprises a coal gangue raw material and a concrete material, wherein the coal gangue raw material comprises a coal gangue admixture and coal gangue coarse aggregate, wherein the concrete material comprises natural coarse aggregate, natural fine aggregate, cement and water. The coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3 to 8 parts of the coal gangue admixture, 35 to 120 parts of the coal gangue coarse aggregate, 0 to 84 parts of the natural coarse aggregate, 64 to 65 parts of the natural fine aggregate, 29 to 34 parts of the cement and 18 to 19 parts of the water. According to the invention, the coal gangue is used as the mineral admixture and the coarse aggregate for preparing the concrete at the same time; in a proper proportioning range of the coal gangue concrete, the mechanical property of the coal gangue concrete is close to the mechanical property of common concrete, standard requirements are met, and high-added-value utilization of the coal gangue is achieved; and the use amount of cement and natural aggregate is reduced, cost is saved, and ecological environment protection is facilitated.
