The invention discloses a preparation method of tetragonal-phase barium titanate ceramic powder with antibacterial performance, and belongs to the technical field of ferroelectric and piezoelectric ceramic materials. The method comprises the steps: completing atomic-scale mixing of a barium source and a titanium source in a liquid-phase state by means of a liquid-phase chemical process; then, fixing the mixture in the form of a liquid precursor through a rotary evaporation reaction; and finally, carrying out a certain heat treatment process on the washed and dried precursor, thereby controllably synthesizing the tetragonal-phase barium titanate ceramic powder with good antibacterial performance. In the synthesis process, common inorganic salts and simple reagents are mainly used, so that the method is low in cost, simple and easy to implement and good in repeatability. The synthesized tetragonal-phase barium titanate ceramic powder is stable in component, narrow in size and particle size distribution, high in crystal face index, good in antibacterial performance and suitable for large-scale batch production, and a certain theoretical basis is provided for antibacterial research of ferroelectric materials.
