Recyclable prefabricated assembly type road structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a recyclable prefabricated assembly type road structure. The structure comprises a bottom die, four side dies distributed in a rectangular shape are arranged at the upper end of the bottom die, the four side dies are piled on the bottom die, the bottom die and the side dies all adopt side bottom wrapping, rubber strips are embedded in the combination positions of the bottom die and the side dies for sealing, M12 bolts and locking nuts are arranged between the side dies and the bottom die, the locking nuts are welded to the lower surface of the bottom die, the side dies and the bottom die are fixedly connected through the M12 bolts and the locking nuts, and every two adjacent side dies are also connected through the M12 bolts. The recyclable prefabricated assembly type road structure does not adopt chemical treatment, can quickly recover landforms during dismantling and reconstruction, does not produce construction waste, has small influence on the environment, can be repeatedly used by the graded broken stones and the pavement slabs, has the advantages of short construction period, environmental protection, recycling, industrialized production, high automation degree and the like, and can achieve the purposes of environmental protection, rapid process construction and appropriate cost.
