The invention discloses a permeable road construction method. The method comprises the steps of excavating a road trench, cleaning, leveling, rolling and tamping a plain soil layer, then measuring and paving a drainage channel, and communicating one end of the drainage channel with a drainage ditch; pouring a gravel layer, paving and rolling until the surface is flat; pouring a permeable concrete layer, paving, rolling or vibrating to be compact, and then carrying out film covering and curing; laying a gravel layer, and adopting a road roller for rolling after laying; and pouring a permeable asphalt mixture layer, rolling for 6 hours in a static pressure manner by adopting a high-viscosity modified asphalt binder, and then opening to traffic. Rainwater can be filtered by laying the permeable concrete layer, so that the rainwater naturally infiltrates downwards and is conveniently discharged into a pipeline system through the drainage groove, and surface accumulated water is reduced; and by paving the permeable asphalt mixture layer and the gravel layer, the strength of the pavement can be ensured under the condition of ensuring the water permeability, so that the use effect is better.
本发明公开了一种透水道路施工方法,包括以下步骤:开挖路沟槽,对素土层进行清理,找平并碾压夯实,然后进行测量并铺设排水槽,排水槽一端与排水沟相连通;浇筑碎石层,摊铺并碾压,碾压至表面平整;浇筑透水混凝土层,铺设碾压或振捣密实后,进行覆膜养护;铺设砂石层,铺设后采用压路机进行碾压;浇筑透水沥青混合料层,采用高粘度的改性沥青结合料,静压方式碾压6个小时后即可通车。本发明通过铺设渗水混凝土层,可以过滤雨水,使得雨水自然下渗,便于通过排水槽排入管道系统,减少地面积水;通过铺设透水沥青混合料层、砂石层,能在保证透水性的情况下确保路面的强度,使得使用效果更佳。
