The invention provides a displacement-adjustable cushion block device and an application method thereof. The displacement-adjustable cushion block device comprises a displacement-adjustable cushion block, wedge blocks, a sliding groove basin, a limiting block, a vertical limiting rod and a transverse tensioning device. The wedge blocks are in sliding connection with the sliding groove basin, two inclined surfaces of a trapezoidal convex block in the displacement-adjustable cushion block are respectively consistent with the inclined surfaces of the two groups of wedge blocks in inclination; the limiting block is installed between the displacement-adjustable cushion block and the sliding groove basin, a plurality of through holes are formed in the displacement-adjustable cushion block, the vertical limiting rod penetrates through the displacement-adjustable cushion block, the limiting block and the sliding groove basin to limit horizontal movement of the displacement-adjustable cushion block, a through groove is formed in the center of the limiting block, and the transverse tensioning device penetrates through the through groove to be connected with the wedge blocks. When an upper structure needs to be adjusted, lifting of the displacement-adjustable cushion block is achieved by controlling the position of the wedge blocks in the sliding groove basin, and then posture adjustment of the upper structure and adjustment of internal force distribution of a bridge are achieved. The device can adjust the elevation of the support in the full life cycle of the bridge, saves a large amount of investment of temporary construction facilities, and saves time and labor.
本发明提供一种可调节位移的垫块装置及其应用方法，包括可调位移垫块、楔块、滑槽盆、限位块、竖向限位杆和横向张拉器；楔块与滑槽盆滑动连接，可调位移垫块中梯形凸块的两个斜面分别与两组楔块的斜面斜度一致；限位块安装在可调位移垫块与滑槽盆之间，可调位移垫块上设置有若干个通孔，竖向限位杆贯穿可调位移垫块、限位块和滑槽盆，进而限制可调位移垫块的水平移动，限位块中央设置通槽，横向张拉器穿过通槽与楔块连接；本发明在上部结构有调整需求时，通过控制楔块在滑槽盆内位置，实现可调位移垫块的升降，进而实现上部结构姿态调整，调整桥梁内力分布。采用本装置可在桥梁全生命周期调整支座高程，节省大量临建设施投入，省时省力。
