The rolling brush comprises a fixed shaft, a roller and an air hole sealing plate; the roller is rotationally connected to the fixed shaft; sweeping bristles are arranged on the outer surfaces of the rollers respectively; a first cavity is formed in the roller, and a first air hole communicating with the first cavity is formed in the outer surface of the roller; and the air hole sealing plate is arranged in the first cavity and fixed to the fixing shaft, the air hole sealing plate divides the first cavity into a first positive pressure cavity and a first negative pressure cavity, the first positive pressure cavity is used for being communicated with the air outlet end of an air supply device, and the first negative pressure cavity is used for being communicated with the air inlet end of the air supply device. The adhesive force and the self-cleaning capacity of the rolling brush are enhanced, the dust removal effect is guaranteed, and the cleaning capacity of the road sweeper is improved.
