Underground diaphragm wall composite grouting method and grouting structure
The invention relates to the field of geotechnical engineering, in particular to an underground diaphragm wall composite grouting method and grouting structure. The problems that underground diaphragm wall grouting is poor in controllability and stability, end resistance and side resistance of a wall body are improved, and local defects of a wall bottom are overcome are solved. The underground diaphragm wall composite grouting method comprises the following steps that a, a composite grouting device is installed at the bottom of a reinforcement cage of an underground diaphragm wall; b, the reinforcement cage with the composite grouting device is put down into a slotted hole; c, secondary slag removal is carried out through a middle hole of a hollow steel plate; d, open grouting is carried out on the wall bottom of the underground diaphragm wall through an open grouting pipe of the middle hole; e, then closed grouting is carried out on an expansion capsule at the bottom of the underground diaphragm wall through a closed grouting pipe, so that the expansion capsule expands to form a capsule expansion head; and f, finally, open type grouting is carried out on the outer side of the capsule expansion head at the wall bottom through an open grouting pipe, and grouting operation is ended. The underground diaphragm wall composite grouting method is particularly suitable for structures such as frame type underground diaphragm walls and anti-seepage walls with high requirements for bearing capacity and anti-seepage performance.
本发明涉及岩土工程领域,尤其是一种可解决地连墙注浆可控性和稳定性差,提高墙体端阻和侧阻力,解决墙底局部缺陷的地连墙复合式注浆方法及注浆结构,包括如下步骤:a、在地连墙的钢筋笼底部安装复合式注浆装置;b、将带有复合式注浆装置的钢筋笼进行下放到槽孔内;c、通过中空钢板的中间孔洞进行二次清渣;d、利用中间孔洞的开式注浆管对地连墙墙底进行开式注浆;e、随后通过闭式注浆管对地连墙墙底的膨胀胶囊的闭式注浆,使膨胀胶囊膨胀形成胶囊扩大头;f、最后于墙底的胶囊扩大头外侧通过开式注浆管进行开式注浆,并结束注浆操作。本发明尤其适用于框格式地连墙和防渗墙等对承载力和防渗性要求较高的结构。
