The invention discloses an anti-scouring device for an offshore wind power foundation. The anti-scouring device comprises a pile foundation, turbulent flow holes are formed in the peripheral face of the pile foundation, and the turbulent flow holes extend in the radial direction of the pile foundation and penetrate through the pile foundation to form an overflowing channel so that tide can directly flow through the turbulent flow holes, and the tide flow speed of a seabed around the pile foundation can be reduced. According to the structure, the turbulent flow holes penetrating through the pile foundation are formed in the peripheral surface of the pile foundation, so that the tidal can directly flow through the overflowing channel, the flow speed around the seabed of the pile foundation is slowed down, the sand lifting capacity of the tidal is reduced, and the seabed around the pile foundation is prevented from being scoured.
