The sewer cover plate comprises a cover plate, a water leakage hole and a water filtering tank, a large sleeve is fixedly connected with the middle part of the bottom side of an inner cavity of the water filtering tank, and a water through hole is formed in the middle part of the side wall of the large sleeve. By designing the large sleeve, a sliding block, a floating block, a filter tank and a water guide plate, water flow is guided into the filter tank through the water guide plate, impurities such as fallen leaves doped in the water flow are filtered by the filter tank and are left in the filter tank, the water flow enters the filter tank along the water filter holes to enable the floating ball to float upwards, and the water flow flows out through the water flow tank and is finally discharged through a second drainage hole; and when the water flow is small, the water flow cannot drive fallen leaves to flow, so that the water flow directly abuts against a floating plug to move downwards through the water flowing hole and is finally discharged through the first drainage hole through the water flowing hole, and when the water flow is large, the fallen leaves can be directly filtered through the filter tank, and the situation that blockage and road water accumulation occur due to the fact that the fallen leaves and other sundries enter a sewer along with the water flow is avoided.
