The invention discloses a beam-column joint of a steel and concrete combined structure. The beam-column joint comprises a vertically-arranged combined column and two connecting components which are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the combined column respectively and used for being connected with cross beams, the combined column comprises a steel frame body, the steel frame body is provided with two flange plates which are oppositely arranged and used for being connected with the connecting components, the space between the two flange plates is filled with concrete, a plurality of connecting columns communicating with the flange plates are embedded in the positions, close to the side faces of the flange plates, of the concrete, connecting pieces are arranged on the connecting components, and the connecting pieces are in threaded connection with the connecting columns, so that the connecting components can be fixed to the flange plates. The beam-column joint has the beneficial effects that the problem of concrete cracking caused by welding is solved, a connecting component can be constructed outside the combined column through external arrangement of connecting column connecting holes, the combined column can be prefabricated in a whole factory, and the problems that the construction progress is delayed and the construction environment is polluted due to cast-in-place are solved.
