Prefabricated wallboard vertical connection structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated wallboard vertical connecting structure based on an ultra-high performance concrete formwork and a construction method of the prefabricated wallboard vertical connecting structure. The prefabricated wallboard vertical connecting structure comprises prefabricated wallboards, a post-pouring connecting section and the non-dismantling ultra-high performance concrete formwork, wherein bolt holes are reserved in the non-dismantling ultra-high performance concrete formwork and are used for oppositely pulling and fixing, a water stop screw rod or an internal thread sleeve is pre-buried in the prefabricated wallboard, the prefabricated wallboard is connected with the non-dismantling ultra-high performance concrete formwork by screwing a nut into the end part of the water stop screw rod or screwing a bolt into the internal thread sleeve, the post-pouring connecting sections between the adjacent prefabricated wallboards are sealed through the disassembly-free ultra-high performance concrete formworks, and concrete is poured into the post-pouring connecting sections between the prefabricated wallboards, so that the structure forms a whole. The prefabricated wallboard vertical connecting structure can effectively reduce the project amount of mounting, supporting and dismantling the formwork at the site cast-in-place connecting section, reduces site construction procedures and labor intensity, improves working efficiency, accelerates the project progress, saves wood and steel, and has good economic benefits and social benefits.
本发明提供基于超高性能混凝土模板的预制墙板竖向连接构造及其施工方法,构造包含预制壁板、后浇连接段、免拆超高性能混凝土模板;免拆超高性能混凝土模板上预留螺栓孔用于对拉固定;预制壁板内预埋止水螺杆或内螺纹套筒,预制壁板通过在止水螺杆端部拧入螺母或内螺纹套筒内拧入螺栓与免拆超高性能混凝土模板连接;相邻预制壁板间后浇连接段由免拆超高性能混凝土模板封闭,在预制壁板之间后浇连接段内浇筑混凝土,使结构形成整体。本发明可有效减少现场现浇连接段处模板安装、支撑、拆除的工程量,减少现场施工工序和劳动强度,提高工作效率,加快工程进度,节约木材和钢材,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
