The invention discloses a novel nailed bamboo-concrete composite board. The novel nailed bamboo-concrete composite board comprises a lower nailed bamboo board (1), an upper cast-in-place concrete layer (2) and a transverse pin rod (3). The novel nailed bamboo-concrete composite board is characterized in that the nailed bamboo board (1) is a board-type component formed by combining engineering bamboo layer boards (4) and wood layer boards (5) which are staggered in height and connecting nails (6) which are driven in layer by layer along the wide face; and the transverse pin rod (3) penetrates through the upper portions of the engineering bamboo layer boards (4) in the width direction of the nailed bamboo board (1) and is anchored to the cast-in-place concrete layer (2). Compared with the prior art, bamboo is used for replacing wood, the novel nailed bamboo-concrete composite board is compounded with bamboo, a novel shear connector is efficient and reliable, the mechanical property of the composite floor is excellent, construction is easy and convenient, the defects in the prior art are effectively overcome, and the novel nailed bamboo-concrete composite board has outstanding technical advantages and has good application prospects in modern bamboo structure buildings.
本发明公开了一种新型钉合竹木‑混凝土组合板,包括下部的钉合竹木板(1)、上部的现浇混凝土层(2)和横置销杆(3);其特征在于:钉合竹木板(1)是由高度交错的工程竹层板(4)与木层板(5)交错布置、并沿宽面逐层打入的连接钉(6)结合形成的板式构件;其特征在于:横置销杆(3)沿钉合竹木板(1)的宽度方向贯穿于工程竹层板(4)的上部,并锚固于现浇混凝土层(2)。相比于已有技术,本发明实现了“以竹代木”与“竹木复合”,且新型剪力连接件高效可靠,组合楼板力学性能优异,施工简便,有效克服了现有技术的不足,具有突出的技术优势,在现代竹木结构建筑中具有良好的应用前景。
