The invention discloses a fabricated beam-column connecting joint based on a hidden brackets. The joint is characterized by comprising a prefabricated column and two prefabricated beams, wherein the prefabricated column is vertically arranged, and hidden brackets are arranged on two sides of the prefabricated column; a lower opposite-pulling piece is pre-buried at the lower part in each hidden bracket; the two prefabricated beams are horizontally arranged, and the top elevations of the two prefabricated beams are flush; the ends of the two prefabricated beams are in lap joint with the hidden brackets on two sides of the prefabricated column correspondingly, and concrete is poured into gaps between the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated column and gaps between the prefabricated beams and the brackets. Pre-embedded profile steel is arranged at the lap joint ends of the two prefabricated beams respectively, and the pre-embedded profile steel is connected with the two ends of the lower opposite-pulling piece; and the bottom elevations of the hidden bracket and the two prefabricated beams are flush with each other. The invention further provides a construction method of the fabricated beam-column connecting joint. The method has the beneficial effects that a node form of combining beam-column dry type connection and small-amount wet type connection is adopted, wet operation does not exist in a beam-column node core area, and the work efficiency is high; and the upper longitudinal bars of the beam are communicated through a sleeve, so that upper bending moment can be well transferred.
