The invention discloses a fireproof PVC floor structure and a using process thereof. The fireproof PVC floor structure is convenient to perform repairing work when heated. The fireproof PVC floor structure comprises a first PVC block, a second PVC block, a heat-insulating layer and a plurality of heat-conducting blocks, the heat-insulating layer sleeves the first PVC block and the second PVC block, the top face of the first PVC block and the bottom face of the second PVC block are both connected with the heat-insulating layer, a first gap is reserved between the bottom face of the first PVC block and the top face of the second PVC block, the multiple heat-conducting blocks are evenly distributed in the heat-insulating layer, and the first PVC block, the second PVC block and the heat-insulating layer are all connected with the heat-conducting blocks. The fireproof PVC floor structure has the beneficial effects that the purpose of performing repairing work when being heated can be achieved; injection of polypropylene is facilitated; external heat can be conveniently and smoothly guided into the first gap; the first PVC block and the second PVC block are protected; and heat in the first gap is prevented from being transferred to outside heat at will.
