The invention discloses a floor anti-falling outer frame for building construction and an extension mechanism thereof. The floor anti-falling outer frame comprises a basic module, an assembly module, a limiting module, a joint filling module and a finishing module, the basic module comprises a balance plate, two sets of rod frame assemblies connected with the basic module, a connecting back plate connected with the basic module and two standing plates located on the front side of the connecting back plate, and two L-shaped openings located in the tops of the standing plates are formed in the front side of the connecting back plate. The assembly module comprises a plate body located on the front side of the connecting back plate and a pulling plate connected with the plate body. According to the floor anti-falling outer frame for building construction and the extension mechanism thereof, a plurality of joint filling plates are flatly placed, then the bottoms of the joint filling plates are attached to the top of a standing plate, then T-shaped threaded rods are rotated to enable the bottoms of the T-shaped threaded rods to be in press fit with the joint filling plates, the joint filling plates are preliminarily fixed, then the joint filling plates are connected with a building floor through inserting plates, secondary fixing of the joint filling plates is completed, the fixing effect is good, and the joint filling operation is in place; and the occurrence of safety accidents is effectively avoided.
