The invention discloses a formwork fastening device for aluminum formwork construction in constructional engineering. The formwork fastening device comprises a first formwork and a second formwork, wherein a first circular hole groove is formed between the butt joint edges of the first formwork and the second formwork, fastening bolts are inserted into the first circular hole groove, nuts are installed on the fastening bolts in a threaded mode, threaded ring caps are installed on the fastening bolts in a threaded mode, cylindrical handles are symmetrically welded to the side walls of the threaded ring caps, positioning holes are formed in the cylindrical handles, and a fastening device body is arranged between the fastening bolts. By arranging the fastening device body, in the using process, after the first formwork and the second formwork are connected through the fastening bolts and the nuts, clamping frames can be clamped on the cylindrical handles of the threaded ring caps, then threaded rods rotate clockwise, four connecting rods can be driven to be tightened through threaded blocks, the fastening bolts are pulled close, so that the connection between the first formwork and the second formwork is firmer; and meanwhile, the fastening device body is detachable, so that the fastening device body can be conveniently detached after concrete column pouring is completed, and the fastening device body can be conveniently and repeatedly used.
