The invention discloses a bare concrete formwork assembling platform and a bare concrete formwork pre-assembling method. The platform comprises a main body supporting frame and springboards arranged on the supporting frame, wherein a formwork assembling area is arranged in the middle of the main body supporting frame, a connecting piece fastening area is arranged below the formwork assembling area, and an operator operating area is arranged around a formwork; the formwork assembling area comprises longitudinal and transverse beams which are arranged in parallel and connected with each other and used for supporting a formwork assembly; the springboards are laid in the operator operating area around the formwork and serve as moving areas of operators; and a moving operation space for the operators is arranged below the formwork assembling area and used for assembling the formwork assembly by the operators. The formwork is pre-assembled on a construction site, construction is performed with a hoisting method after assembling precision inspection is completed on the platform, and shaping, integration and modularization design and construction of the formwork are greatly improved.
