Self-piercing riveting corrugated steel plate center cladding cold-formed steel shear wall and manufacturing method
The invention provides a self-piercing riveting corrugated steel plate center cladding cold-formed steel shear wall and a manufacturing method. The shear wall comprises a corrugated steel panel, combined stand columns and combined guide rails, wherein the corrugated steel panel is located in the center of the shear wall; the combined stand columns are located on the two sides of the corrugated steel panel; the combined guide rails are located at the two ends of the corrugated steel panel; and the combined stand columns and the combined guide rails are symmetrically arranged along the axis of the corrugated steel panel, are assembled in a self-piercing riveting mode and are connected with the corrugated steel panel in a self-piercing riveting mode. According to the shear wall, the self-piercing riveting connection mode is adopted, so that the fatigue resistance of fastening points is higher, the fastening points are firmer, and excessive deformation of connecting materials is avoided; in addition, pre-piercing or drilling is not needed in the self-piercing riveting mode, so that the overall manufacturing time can be saved; and in cooperation with the structure, the shear wall is higher in bearing capacity and better in ductility, and meanwhile the anti-seismic property and the anti-collapse capacity of the wall body can be improved.
本发明提供一种自冲铆接的波纹钢板中心覆面冷弯型钢剪力墙及制造方法,剪力墙包括波纹钢面板,位于剪力墙的中心位置;组合立柱,位于波纹钢面板的两侧;组合导轨,位于波纹钢面板的两端;其中,所述组合立柱和所述组合导轨分别沿着所述波纹钢面板的轴线对称设置,且所述组合立柱和所述组合导轨均通过自冲铆接的方式装配而成,并分别与所述波纹钢面板通过自冲铆接的方式相连。本发明中采用自冲铆接的连接方式使紧固点的抗疲劳性更强、更为坚固,不会造成连接材料的过多变形;而且自冲铆接不需要提前冲孔或钻孔,可以节省总体的制造时间,配合本发明的结构能够使剪力墙的承载力更高、延性更好,同时能够提升墙体的抗震性能和抗倒塌能力。
