The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a high-doping-amount fly ash-cement grouting material, and belongs to the technical field of mining. The high-doping-amount fly ash-cement grouting material comprises, by mass, 5-6 parts of fly ash AND 4-5 parts of cement, a mass ratio of seawater to the fly ash to the cement of 1: 1.0 TO 1: 1.4, and liquid water glass accounting for 1-4% of the mass sum of the fly ash and the cement. The grouting material is prepared by replacing part of cement with high-doping-amount fly ash, the used raw materials are easy to obtain, and the grouting material is relatively convenient to prepare, simple in process and high in practicability; and the cost can be greatly reduced, the watertightness and firmness of a grouting material consolidation body can be improved on the premise of ensuring that the strength meets the requirement, and the particle separation and water separation characteristics in the grouting material are reduced. Compared with cement slurry, the grouting material prepared by the scheme can be reduced by 200-300 yuan per cubic meter, and has great economic benefits and social benefits for mines.
本发明公开了一种高掺量粉煤灰‑水泥注浆材料的制备及应用,属于采矿技术领域,具体组分级质量配比为:粉煤灰5~6份,水泥4~5份,海水与粉煤灰、水泥质量和之比为1:1.0~1:1.4,液体水玻璃为粉煤灰、水泥质量和的1~4%。本发明采用高掺量粉煤灰替代部分水泥制备注浆材料,所使用的原材料均易于获得,且注浆材料制备较为方便,工艺简单,实用性强;不仅能够极大降低成本,而且在保证强度达到要求的前提下能够提高注浆材料固结体的不透水性和结实性,降低注浆材料内的颗粒分离和析水特性。采用本方案制备的注浆材料相比水泥料浆每立方可降低200~300元,对矿山而言具有较大的经济效益和社会效益。
