The used emulsion type interface treating agent and the steel bar corrosion inhibitor are optimized, so that a corrosion-resistant coating obtains excellent rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant performance, meanwhile, the bond stress of steel bars and concrete is improved, the problems of corrosion, spalling and the like of the steel bars caused by chloride ion erosion in the service process of reinforced concrete in a saline-alkali environment are solved, the corrosion resistance of steel bars in reinforced concrete can be obviously improved, the concrete is prevented from bulging and spalling due to corrosion of the steel bars, the service life of a building in a saline-alkali environment is prolonged, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
