Preparation method of bismuth telluride-based thermoelectric material
The invention relates to the technical field of thermoelectric material preparation, in particular to a preparation method of a bismuth telluride-based thermoelectric material. The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing three simple substance raw materials of Sb, Bi and Te, performing vacuum melting to obtain an alloy ingot, crushing the mixture, and performing ball milling to obtain bismuth telluride-based powder; then performing spark plasma sintering on the bismuth telluride-based powder to obtain a bismuth telluride-based block material; and pressing the bismuth telluride-based block material in an equal channel angular extrusion die to obtain the bismuth telluride-based thermoelectric material. According to the invention, the bismuth telluride-based material is prepared by using vacuum melting, ball milling and spark plasma sintering methods, then the bismuth telluride-based material is subjected to secondary processing through an equal channel angular extrusion process; and finally, the material is greatly deformed and the internal structure of the material is changed through multi-pass extrusion operation, so that the electrical properties of the material are further optimized.
