The invention relates to a haze-removing and haze-reducing PVC waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials of the haze-removing and haze-reducing PVC waterproof coiled material are composed of PVC resin, a plasticizer DOP, a stabilizer, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet light absorber, FeOOH nanoparticles and a calcium carbonate-based titanium dioxide photocatalyst, the raw materials are put into a kneading machine, and the raw materials are put into an extruder to be extruded after being kneaded so that the haze-removing and haze-reducing PVC waterproof coiled material is obtained. In the preparation process, filler calcium carbonate powder used in the PVC mode coiled material preparation process is directly used as a carrier, crystal titanium dioxide nano-particles of the mastoid structure are loaded on the surface of the filler calcium carbonate powder, the filler is endowed with an excellent photocatalytic effect, the filler is used for preparing the PVC waterproof coiled material, and the haze removal and reduction effects of the whole PVC waterproof coiled material are improved in cooperation with FeOOH nano-particles.
本发明涉及一种除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材及其制备方法,由PVC树脂、增塑剂DOP、稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、FeOOH纳米颗粒、碳酸钙基二氧化钛光催化剂组成除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材的原料,投入捏合机中,捏合后投入挤出机中挤出即可得到除霾、减霾PVC防水卷材。在制备的过程中,直接以PVC方式卷材制备过程中所使用的填料碳酸钙粉末为载体,在其表面负载乳突结构的晶体二氧化钛纳米颗粒,赋予填料优异的光催化效果,并将其用于制备PVC防水卷材,并配合FeOOH纳米颗粒,改善整个PVC防水卷材的除霾、减霾效果。
