Matte clean colored stone coating, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building exterior wall coatings, and particularly discloses a matte clean colored stone coating, and a preparation method and application thereof. The matte clean colored stone coating is prepared from, by weight, 10-20% of deionized water, 0.2-0.5% of cellulose, 0.1-0.3% of a coalescing agent, 1-2% of magnesium lithium silicate, 15-20% of matte emulsion, 60-70% of high-temperature calcined sand, 0.1-0.5% of a thickening agent and 0.5-1.1% of other auxiliary agents. A paint film formed by the coating is smooth in surface and free of floating conditions. The preparation method of the matte clean colored stone coating comprises the following steps: S1, sequentially adding the magnesium lithium silicate and the cellulose into the deionized water, and then adding the other auxiliaries to obtain a mixture A; S2, sequentially adding the coalescing agent and the matte emulsion into the mixture A to obtain a mixture B; and S3, sequentially adding high-temperature calcined sand and the thickening agent into the mixture B, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the coating.
