The invention provides a coal-fired high-efficiency sulfur-fixing agent, a preparation method thereof and application of the coal-fired high-efficiency sulfur-fixing agent in cement calcination. The coal-fired high-efficiency sulfur-fixing agent comprises 40-50% of calcium oxide, 2-10% of rare earth oxide, 2-10% of manganese salt, 2-4% of sodium salt, 10-25% of a grinding aid, and the balance of water. Compared with the prior art, according to the high-efficiency sulfur-fixing agent for the fire coal, provided by the invention, the manganese nitrate, the sodium nitrate or the sodium nitrite is firstly dissolved in the modified calcium oxide and then is uniformly ground with the cerium oxide or the lanthanum oxide and the grinding aid to obtain the uniformly modified high-efficiency sulfur-fixing agent. In the using process, the sulfur fixation efficiency and the fire coal combustion efficiency are improved, and the sulfate decomposition temperature is reduced.
本发明提供了一种燃煤高效固硫剂及其制备方法和在水泥煅烧中应用,成分为:氧化钙40~50%、稀土氧化物2~10%、锰盐2~10%、钠盐2~4%、助磨剂10~25%、余量为水。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种燃煤高效固硫剂,先将硝酸锰、硝酸钠或亚硝酸钠溶解改质氧化钙后与氧化铈或氧化镧、助磨剂研磨均匀得到均一改质的高效固硫剂;并在使用过程中提高了固硫效率、燃煤燃烧效率、降低硫酸盐分解温度。
