Process for recovering lithium from neutralized and impurity-removed lithium slags
The invention discloses a process for recovering lithium from neutralized and impurity-removed lithium slags, and relates to the field of lithium recovery. The process comprises the following steps of S1, adding circulating water into the neutralized and impurity-removed lithium slags, pulping, slowly adding an inorganic acid substance, continuously and slowly stirring, and adjusting the pH value of the solution; and S2, carrying out solid-liquid separation by using a plate-and-frame filter press, squeezing to obtain re-dissolved gypsum and a lithium-containing mother solution, returning the lithium-containing mother solution to a slurry mixing process, and adding calcium carbonate for neutralization. According to the process, sulfuric acid is added into the lithium slags obtained by neutralizing spodumene and removing impurities for re-dissolution, the pH value is controlled, lithium adsorbed in the lithium slags is dissolved in the solution, the solution is returned to the slurry mixing and calcium carbonate adding process, the re-dissolved gypsum is easy to filter, the loss of entrained lithium is small, the lithium recovery rate of the impurity-removed lithium slags can be larger than 90% through the process, the lithium extraction yield of spodumene is increased, and the production cost is reduced.
