According to the device, triangular cones can be automatically clamped, released and lifted so that the function of automatically extracting and placing the triangular cones is achieved; operation and use are convenient, and whole-process automation efficiency is high; in the whole process, the manual participation amount is relatively small, and the effect of saving manpower is achieved.
