The invention relates to a floating type anti-icing device suitable for a drilling platform. The floating type anti-icing device is composed of a plurality of icebreaking units which float on a sea surface and surround the drilling platform and are sequentially connected end to end. An icebreaking unit is mainly composed of a floating body. The floating body comprises an ice facing plate, an ice backing plate, a first side plate, a second side plate and first icebreaking strips. The ice facing plate, the ice backing plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are welded into a whole and jointly enclose to form a closed cavity. The ice facing plate is used for bearing the first icebreaking strip, is in a bow shape on the whole and is formed by sequentially connecting a lower arc-shaped bent section, a lower smooth transition section, a middle outer arch ridge section, an upper smooth transition section and an upper arc-shaped bent section. A plurality of first ice breaking strips are linearly and evenly distributed in the width direction of the ice facing plate.
