Fabricated precast concrete retaining wall and construction method
The invention discloses a fabricated precast concrete retaining wall and a construction method. The retaining wall comprises a support pile group structure, a greening layer and an anchor rod, the support pile group structure comprises a special-shaped pile body and a plate pile body which are connected in a staggered manner, and the special-shaped pile body and the plate pile body are mutually clamped and connected through a pile body connecting piece; the construction method comprises the following steps of (1) construction preparation; (2) surveying and setting out; (3) putting a pile machine in place; (4) filling glue; (5) sinking a pile; (6) conducting pile body connection; (7) laying and reinforcing a greening layer through anchor rods; and (8) forming the retaining wall and carrying out deformation monitoring. The mode of prefabricating the support pile group structure and assembling and constructing on site is adopted, so that the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the construction quality is easier to control, and green construction is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制混凝土挡土墙及施工方法,挡土墙包括支护桩组结构、绿化层以及锚杆,支护桩组结构包括相互交错连接的异型桩桩体和板桩桩体,异型桩桩体和板状桩体相互卡合并通过桩体连接件相连接;施工方法包括:(1)施工准备;(2)测量放线;(3)桩机就位;(4)填胶;(5)沉桩;(6)桩体连接;(7)铺设绿化层并用锚杆加固;(8)形成挡土墙并进行变形监测。本发明采用预制支护桩组结构并在现场装配施工的方式,提高了施工效率,节省了工期,降低了造价,施工质量更容易控制,还有利于绿色施工。
