The invention discloses a water-stealing-prevention multifunctional fire hydrant. A first-stage sliding shrinkage assembly and a second-stage sliding shrinkage assembly are arranged in a limiting pipe buried underground, an upper locking pipe arranged in a fire hydrant body and a lower locking pipe arranged in the limiting pipe are combined, a driving component drives the first-stage sliding shrinkage assembly and the second-stage sliding shrinkage assembly to slide and extend out in sequence to push the upper locking pipe and the lower locking pipe to move relatively, so that a first-stage annular triangular lock block and a second-stage annular triangular lock block which are embedded on the first-stage sliding shrinkage assembly and the second-stage sliding shrinkage assembly are clamped, the fire hydrant is locked from the ground surface to close a water flow channel, therefore, the part, exposed out of the ground surface, of the fire hydrant body is in a water cut-off state, the water stealing prevention capacity of the fire hydrant is effectively improved, the problem that a lock needs to be arranged outside the fire hydrant body for preventing water stealing is solved, and therefore, the problem that the use of the fire hydrant is affected due to corrosion or damage of the lock is effectively avoided.
