The problem that the overall coordination of the ground is damaged due to the fact that a water storage module in the prior art pays attention to the arrangement of a ground water storage device is solved. According to the following scheme, the sponge city rainwater reservoir module comprises a reservoir embedded underground, the reservoir is of a cylindrical structure internally provided with a cavity, and a water inlet hole is formed in the position, close to the middle, of the circumferential outer wall of the reservoir; and an underground water conveying pipe is fixed to the position, close to the water inlet hole, of the outer wall of the reservoir, a stone layer and a soil layer are correspondingly laid above the underground water conveying pipe, leaking holes distributed at equal intervals are formed in the position, close to the upper part, of the pipe wall of the underground water conveying pipe, and water accumulation horns are fixed to the positions, located at the top ends of the leaking holes, of the outer wall of the underground water conveying pipe. In the process that water in the underground water conveying pipe flows on one side, the kinetic energy of the water is changed into continuous rotation of a dynamic filtering frame, and then silting caused by the fact that a certain part of a filtering net makes contact with water flow all the time is avoided.
