The invention relates to an unpowered pipe inner type anti-backflow device. The unpowered pipe inner type anti-backflow device comprises a tubular shell and eccentric conical membrane flaps, the tubular shell is hermetically installed in a pipeline, the eccentric conical membrane flaps are installed in the tubular shell, the bottom faces of the eccentric conical membrane flaps face an outlet of the pipeline, and vertexes of the eccentric conical membrane flaps face an inlet of the pipeline; and the projection of the central longitudinal sections and the bottom surfaces of the eccentric conical membrane flaps forms a right triangle shape, and one side corresponding to the right-angle side is fixed on the upper inner wall of the tubular shell. Compared with the prior art, an eccentric conical rubber film is adopted, one-way conduction can be achieved, meanwhile, a conducted water head is reduced, and therefore the problem that the water head is prone to being clamped by gravel is solved.
