The invention relates to a flexible breeze vibration turbulent flow suppression device for a power transmission steel pipe tower. The flexible breeze vibration turbulent flow suppression device comprises a strip made of a flexible material and a fixing member used for shaping segments formed after the strip is wound into a ring shape; the strip is in a long strip shape, a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the strip in the length direction of the strip, and protruding shoulder parts are arranged on the two sides of the strip in the width direction of the strip; a plurality of mounting holes which are arranged in the length direction of the strip are formed in the shoulder parts; and two ends of the fixing member can be inserted into the mounting holes.
