The invention provides a combined partition plate in a building and a construction method thereof. The combined partition plate comprises a decorative plate, wherein a plurality of dustproof assemblies capable of collecting dust in time when the dust falls into the decorative plate so as to prevent the dust from being accumulated in the decorative plate are fixedly mounted on the inner side surface of the decorative plate in an up-down vertical direction in an equally adjacent mode; and a dustproof assembly which comprises a dustproof shell, a dust guide assembly capable of guiding dust collection and a dust suction assembly capable of sucking dust; the outer surface of one longitudinal side of the dustproof shell is fixedly mounted on the inner side surface of the decorative plate in an up-down vertical direction in an equally adjacent mode.
