The wall surface system comprises a plurality of keels which are vertically fixed on a structural wall body; a plurality of rows of wallboard units are arranged, and the plurality of rows of wallboard units are fixed on the plurality of keels; each keel comprises a keel body and two mounting surfaces formed on the keel body; the two adjacent rows of wallboard units are respectively fixed on the two mounting surfaces, so that a butt joint seam of the two adjacent rows of wallboard units is opposite to the keel body; a water guide groove opposite to the butt joint seam is formed in the keel body, and the water guide groove extends in the length direction of the keel body.
